First, tried to sell us a used truck with multiple problems which leads me to believe they do not inspect used cars before putting them on the sales floor. Then, took two weeks to deliver a truck and did not complete all the work promised. Managers are unwilling to take complaints and we were passed back to the salesman that we had the issue with in the first place. Everyone I am associated with will be warned not to shop here.
Their customer service has went downhill. When you call and speak to someone about a issue and you get told their to busy to look into after waiting 2 hours for a return call. After 10 years of being a customer I will not be returning.
Can't say enough about Wes, great salesman and no BS. I wouldnt want to deal with anyone else... he worked with me while I went back and forth on a truck while blowing up his phone...told him I made up my mind and then changed my mind and went with a different truck lol. But he made it super easy for me. Very happy with him and the sale.

I purchased a Vehicle from them this past February. When I went today to trade it they didn’t want to give me but 2,500. I purchased it for over 12,000. The other car we was going to trade they only wanted to give us 300. I will NEVER do business with them again. EVER!!!

Buy at your own risk. Had I known it were going to be so much of a headache to communicate with anyone and everyone at this dealership, I would have dragged my husband out of there and made him drive clear to California to avoid the hassle. I’ve been looking for a new car for me, but I would take a pair of pliers and rip my own teeth out before I deal with this place.
