Was interested in 1990 F150 posted on website. Contacted Salesperson Nathan and asked for more information as we would be driving 360 miles to see vehicle. He offered to put HOLD on vehicle and wanted my credit card number but said they would actually NOT charge anything. We arrived the following morning and did not purchase vehicle. Easy to work with. This is the first time I have dealt with Duncan but was truly impressed with their professionalism. I actually had multiple people come out and greet me and asked if I was being helped. My salesman Wes was great. He helped me find what I was looking for and helped get me the best deal possible.
