when you send out coupons for oil/filter change and tire rotation, do it for that price, not add for "more" oil. If it is a oil change coupon then do it at that price.🤬
The service dept. is great to work with. They keep me apprised of any attention that my car may need. I handle any minor jobs myself. Anything major, of course, I allow them to take care of. They have always remedied any problem that has come up.
If you go to Duncan, ask for Ronnie!!! He is great and patient. Willing to do anything you ask him to do. Will show any car and give his honest opinion about it. Although we didnt end up buying at Duncan, He was awesome to work with. We had called a few days before and had our credit ran AGAINST our wishes so dont deal with anyone other than Ronnie himself!!!
I'm so glad I found Duncan Ford service department. After my husband passed away, I moved to this area and had to start taking care of car maintenance myself. Duncan Ford has made this so easy. They are honest and explain what needs done and the cost up front.
We recently had the tires rotated on our 2010 Taurus. Later that evening I noticed that 2 lug nuts were broken and we went back first thing next morning , very surprised that a Ford dealer would do this. After another lengthy wait we were told that all was fixed. After a short drive to Lowes we noticed that the cover on 1 lug not had fallen off and was broken again. Fixed?? I think not. So now we have to go back again. Makes me wonder if we should get our 2018 Escape serviced there.
Their service dept is tops in my book! I've had issues with another Ford dealership's service dept and they could take lessons from the staff here!
Ask for Anthony very good salesman does everything he can for someone to get what they want really nice man
I bought a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 and have had nothing but trouble out of it...I have had it worked on multiple times and then something else brakes....I have two small children and need a reliable vehicle and they know it....I will be going back tomorrow to see if I can get a different vehicle.
