RecommendedMy daughter is a student at Ferrum college! Unfortunately, she had issues with her jeep! Bill in the service department was wonderful from my initial call to when the service on her keep was complete! He kept both her and I informed as to what was happening and working with us to get it in and out and back to her! We truly appreciate his time and effort in our issue!!!
Horriable dealership do your research check all their bad reviews on Better business bureau BBB purchased a truck only to notice next day the cab mounts were all rusted out after a weeks run around all they offer to do is take half off the labor and me pay all parts and half labor . problem should have been taken care by dealership well before vehicle was sold or made good when brought to their attention not try and weasle out of doing the right thing and seeking a road worthy vehicle

I purchased a new Wrangler Unlimited and when it arrived from another lot, it was not exactly what in had asked for. Despite some glitches in communication, Duncan was eventually able to make things right and put me in a 2019 that I absolutely LOVE!! Brian, my salesperson, was stellar. I visited multiple dealerships and made the choice to come back to Duncan strictly because of him! Make sure you ask for him if you are planning a visit! Thanks for everything!
