I had a problem with my stereo, I called the Ramsgate dealership and was booked in the next day at a convenient time and my stereo was updated and reset for free. The staff were friendly and really helpful and I would definitely recommend them.
Amy in the service department / front desk was AMAZING, a real asset to the team, she kept me up to date with regards the broken status of my neighbours car virtually every day, so helpful and polite on the phone, honestly, dream service.
Great experience with Dumptiom Park Nissan. The team were very helpful from start to finish and made the whole process easy and stress-free. A special mention to Amy, who was excellent — professional, friendly, and genuinely went out of her way to help. Highly recommend.
Took my car in for replacement alternator after replacement had warning lights for traction on dashboard so was replaced again on collection found clips undone pipes not clipped in and connectors not put back , then turbo pipe came undone so new one fitted after 5 days however I now have clunking on start up of which was not there when vehicle was took in as mot was 3 weeks prior . Am now pursuing this as paid £570 total and car is worse now than it was when it went in to Nissan . Car is now being inspected by another garage... read more
