Was very excited for dumplings and came to this place. First time I siting this restaurant. Upon entering the manager walked to me, coughed all over me. Then proceeded to tell me they were all sold out of food? This is 8pm and they close at 11pm? I've literally never been to a restaurant that said they were sold out of food. I thought he was joking at first. I saw them seat multiple people right in front of me then told us we had to leave because they had no food.
