Took my car for a simple fuel filter change. They spoke to me and after they checked what work was involved, quoted me a price. I even supplied the filter. When I collected the car, the cost had gone up from the original agreed price. Owner told me he had to use his £5000 diagnostic machine. WHICH WAS PART OF THE JOB AS MENTIONED IN THE ORIGINAL QOUTE. Just a cowboy trying to unjustly increase the bill. Stay away from here in future.
