295 Dufferin St is a terrible building! DO NOT waste your money! Management is awful, the halls are dark and dingy, there is plaster cracking on the ceiling. Not to mention, many people complain about having cockroaches, and they do nothing about it. The summer, the a/c NEVER works and in the winter the heat wasn’t working for about a week. The underground parking looks like it’s going to fall. They say luxury living, that is the biggest false advertising I’ve heard.
If you absolutely hate sleep or peaceful enjoyment of your unit, this is the place for you! Every morning I’m awoken by screaming/crying children. Bought expensive ear plugs but the screams still get through. It’s horrible and no one mentioned it to me at all when looking at this place. I’m beyond miserable here.
Worst place I’ve ever lived in my life. Bed bugs and bad management. Still have nightmares about living here. Don’t move here
Lived here since I was 3 years old ever since moving with my parents from Jameson. My sibling was raised here since her birth. Management was great under Shirley. Elena is wonderful and has been good to us since the first day she started working here. The odd thing about this property is how it has transferred property management/ownership 5-6 times if I remember correctly, the past few trying to squeeze out as much money possible through "luxury renovations".
