I had never had to have physiotherapy before and was quite nervous when I arrived for my first appointment. As soon as I arrived and was greeted by Sarah in the reception area I was immediately put at ease, she was so helpful and friendly. Stuart Elwell, the Physiotherapist explained the process and always took his time to talk to me not only about strategies for dealing with the pain, exercises to relieve it but also talked about nutrition and wellbeing. I have attended the Dudley Physiotherapy Clinic many times over the years for a variety of reasons - from the time when Toby (Torbjorn) Andersen was the owner and principal physiotherapist and, more recently, when Stuart Elwell took over. The treatment and advice I have received has always been professional, if not always painless(!!!), based on the information obtained from me by the understanding questioning and listening by Toby and Stuart. I wholeheartedly recommend this Practice. You will not regret it!
