Ian from the parts & service department delivered exceptional service following my enquiry to DESMO maintenance my Multistrada. I don’t say it lightly when I say he was extremely patient, knowledgable and helpful from my initial enquiry to when I picked the bike up post service. An excellent ambassador for the dealership. Just picked up a Desert x, demo with 1200 miles on it. Robbie Devery was the salesman and did a good job renewing my confidence in motor dealers. Bike was better than described, all paperwork was processed quickly and I was soon on my way home to Sheffield. I would happily go to onyerbike (strange name) again and would hope to see Robbie.
Lots of issues discussed and dismissed, Bike incorrect set up and sold caused lots of issues
Went into the clothing dept whilst my multistrada pikes peak was being serviced - i had a broken press stud on my jacket which the nice young lady replaced free of charge!
Big Thank you to Joshua in the service dept. He was able to have cast a cursory glance over the Supersport at a moments notice. I thought something was amiss with the bike after a new chain & sprocket I had installed but the mechanic took it for a spin and all was OK. Reassuring as I still have another 500 miles to do at least to get back to Northern Ireland. Biggest bonus and surprise was no charge. Now that's not the kind of service you see so often. Many thanks again.
