Customer Service is the anchor to any business but it is extremely lacking here in the service department. It's actually been horrible and the communication is just as bad. I will be taking my issues to GM corporate.
I had to travel 40 extra miles to another Buick dealership to receive the quality customer service I should have received from Dublin Buick. And this isn't the first time. I've attempted to give Dublin Buick a chance several times and they failed every time. Will never give them another chance. There's other Buick dealerships in the area.
Ernie Avalos, is the anchor to the service department, and the prime reason we have faithfully returned for our vehicle, very caring and personal service.

I have been requesting to be removed from their mailing list for years. they do not respect my wishes to be removed from the mailing list asking me to trade in a vehicle that I have not owned in 5 years. each person I speak with tells me your name has been removed, however, it does not ever get removed. In my opinion it is very disrespectful to continue sending stuff to people that do not want it. like unsolicited advice nobody wants it. I took my yukon on Friday for service and my service advisor PAUL KENDALL has a bad behavior with helping customers .this guy make my wife cry he make her feel so small to that point that she doesn't want are new yukon no more ,we are customers that brings income to the dealer s With out a customers you guys don't make money so there's that said that your customer service with Paul sucks as and I'm sorry but .You guys are going to get hurt with this review but is Will deserved
