I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. got there at 9:00 my appointment was 9:45. didn't get out of there till 1:00pm. and they tried to charge me 108 dollar till I said something. they ended up charging me 62 out the door. I was ok with that. but 3 hours with a 7 year old son. no way. never again
