Took my car there for a service. The service advisor drove my car home twice and had it on his day off (the day I was supposed to pick up my car so it was a delayed a day). He drove over 150 miles BEFORE my brakes were fixed putting everyone on the road at risk.- and without my permission Do not recommend.

RecommendedTook my truck in for a recall repair. Got it back in an hour washed and they repaired a tire sensor light that has been on for 2 years without me asking or charging me. Best experience with a dealership service department by far. Shuttle service dropped me off at home and had to basically come right back for me. Both drivers were prompt and friendly. Overall a very good experience.
Shady dealership, don’t buy a CPO there inspection are a joke, they sent the the truck out to paint and reported to CARFAX that is was in for service. Nothing about repainting the door, cab or bed. I returned the truck and still waiting for them to pay the loan.
We had a great experience with Dublin GMC! Ray got the car he wanted & Ramez work with us & his financial team to get us a decent deal. Everyone was so friendly & great! It’s probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. We didn’t feel pressured @ all to buy. We had some great conversations while waiting with Ramez. The finance guy, think his name is John was great too. Never though we’d buy a Caddy but I’m extremely pleased with it! Thanks so much! Ray loves his new car! ❤️
I have never received bad service everyone always treats me very nice. I choose to wait on my car when it's being serviced and it doesn't take all day!I have love their customer service from day one when I bought my car 2 years ago. All you guys keep up the good work.
Salesman Ramez was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He was a no nonsense salesman. He did not pressure or up sell us. Ramez listened to our needs and budget and presented us with two vehicles that fit both. Thank you Ramez, we appreciate you all your assistance. We definitely recommend Dublin Buick GMC when purchasing a vehicle.
The person I deal with in service is always great. I’m a bit upset that after $900 I drove home and exact same light came on. Ugh
