Brought my Truck in for Service, Kelly handled my account. Charged me $300 for a rental car when i have rental coverage on my warranty. I have contacted them atleast a dozen times over the past 3 months and it still has not been resolved. I have spoken with Bobby as well and am getting the run around. Best experience we have ever had buying a car. Mark Ross told my husband "I'll do whatever it takes to get you in to a car". We laughed, and a couple of hours later he said let's make a deal. We did everything over the phone, and Mark delivered the car to our home. Excellent customer service, excellent sales man. I picked up my Pontiac after having ignition recall taken care of and used my free oil change. Awesome service! Ernie A. my Service Adviser was informative and VERY nice☆☆☆☆☆ Took the shuttle both ways and both drivers were very friendly and prompt! Didn't much care for $300.00 verbal quote to replace the turn signal part. But you can't win them all. Overall I am very satisfied customer!!! Thank you
I have a 2012 GMC seira 3500HD i took truck in on june 5th was haveing a nocking noise in motor it took them till june 20th to finally tell me what was wrong with truck this hole time spending money on motel rooms lost customers and a lot of money this is worst GMC dealership i have even been too would not ever go back im am takeing truck back to ohio to get fixed there
