The past few times I've had to deal with Dublin Buick, I have not had any problems. Other than not receiving a call back, the service in person is great!!
Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 10:30am showed up at 10:15am at 12:30pm truck was still not ready. What the hell is annapoint for if you still have to wait over two hrs. Was not happy, gotvthe oil change and tire rotation for free but still not ok, will not go back im sorry, 2nd try and still not good,

Buick Dealership in Dublin is the best and Ernie in Customer service is outstanding. He is the first point of contact for customer and you are greeted with a smile and he treats you like you're family! I had three Buick and Ernie has been there from day one. Not only do their cars rock so does the customer service!!!
Omar and John made it easy and fun, I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK!
