Got a big puncture late at night and within 10 minutes of my call I had a quote and tyre ready to go. Got lucky with some assistance so service wasn't needed. On thanking him for his time and effort at that hour he was just happy I was sorted rather than disappointed he'd lost business. Thank you.
Called Dave today as hit a big pothole on the way to Wells On The Sea from Lincolnshire leaving us with a massive bulge on the sidewall. This guy is an absolute legend.
