I had a couple of cowboys come and quote to resolve damp issues with my flat in South Shields and the difference between their assessment and Kris's was NIGHT and DAY. Kris spotted all the issues, was super professional and did not just recommend the industry snake-oil of a "damp-proof course". Would thoroughly recommend this company. Had some damp issues and Kris came and did a survey for free (some other companies charge you for the survery before even providing a quote). Kris took his time in identifying all the problems and the quote provided was very competitive. Kris was the only person to provide sound advice that wasnt just the most expensive solution. The work was done to a high standard and was completed very efficiently, friendly workmen (thank you Chris and Tony) who tidied up afterwards.
