I am in the process of buying an old house and wanted someone to assess for indications of damp and timber rot/infestation which was recommended by the survey. Rhys at Dry Fast did a great job in visiting the house and providing a very comprehensive view. As it happens the risks are low, which is great to hear, but what I appreciated most was his honesty and balanced view which has really helped us to decide on going ahead with the purchase. Rhys also showed great customer service by visiting the property at short notice.

Excellent service so far. We’re in a real issue at the moment with being left by another company and QuickDry have been phenomenal in squeezing us in and coming out to help! Excellent communication also! Will update further once work has completed but very happy so far!
Great advice and services offered, talked us through every step and what was needed. Very friendly, worked fast and to a high standard across two large rooms with severe damp damage. Cleaned everything up and left the rooms in excellent conditions. Highly recommended.
