Drury Plaza rocks my family and I have stayed there several times over the past years Staff are so friendly there 5:30 kickback is good food is always hot and ready drinks are awesome really enjoy the indoor pool and jacuzzi the rooftop pool is awesome also highly recommend this hotel
I think this is a horrible hotel i went to use the restroom after using the atm i had to go really bad i asked an employee where the restroom was and said upstairs and so i went as i was leaving the security guard told me never come in there to use the restroom ever again i am not homeless i just came downtown to see the lights thats not good hosptitality.
Gorgeous hotel. Family travel with 2 kids under 10. Fantastic service from every staff member. Walking distance to all major riverwalk area attractions. It was a bit of a walk to get from the tower to the main area for meals, but I didn't mind one bit. We all need those extra steps! Highly recommend - would stay again in a heartbeat.
This hotel is so cool. I loved see all the old photographs, the vaults, and learning its history. A bit pricey, but I loved that fact that I could bring my dog. The "kickback" offered was phenomenal. Breakfast was delicious. Pillows were awful (bring your own) and the bathroom was not impressive. Valet was quick; the concierge was very helpful and polite.
This is our first visit to the Drury hotel and had a great time... the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and I would highly recommend it to all my friends.
Customer service sucks here....I will not be staying here in the future that's for sure

Went to Drury for my 50th birthday with only my family. Since it was a milestone birthday wanted to share this day with my family thwy all enjoyed the views the location the rooms and of course the buffets....thank you Drury staff for making it a GREAT day for my family. We will return
