Friendly staff staff great place to stay enjoyed my visit will definitely come back
I valet parked my Mustang Convertible and I thought that I was never going to be the victim of theft by one of the valet employees there. I had $20 dollars cash taken from my middle console box between 2am and 3pm when I checked out. When I spoke with the supervisor on duty he didn't even sympathize or make me feel like he was going to get to the bottom of it. It's like if it never happened or he just simply didn't believe me! Last night my "new" husband and I checked in to the Drury. We were taken aback by the friendliness of the staff. Rosanna at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel special on our special day. We were upgraded to a suite....that is spectacular....and we were given so MANY little extras. We thank you so much and we are so happy that we picked the Drury for our honeymoon!
Jesse on front desk could not have been more helpful - making sure our room was ready ASAP even though we arrived really early - perfect start to our visit from UK

This is a great hotel and I would stay there again. The Staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was fresh and clean. They extended my check out time without a problem and even let me use the facilities until my boss was done with meetings and we were ready to leave. The reason I did not rate Drury Plaza a 5 Start was because the breakfast and kick back buffets left a lot to be desired. Big rooms, clean perfectly king style beds. Big bathrooms, big pots, easy poops. Well decorated! Free breakfast!!
