Very accommodating staff. A beautiful building with spectacular views of the city. A great place to stay.
The suites are tiny---about the size of a normal hotel room. I tried to get them to move us to a bigger room. We arrived on a Thursday--non-Holiday, they told me nothing else was available. Since I was traveling with students under the age of 18, I didn't have the option of getting an extra room or going somewhere else (because of permission slips). Save your money.
Siempre ke visito mcallen con mi familia nos hospedamos en el drury inn excelente hotel ahora mi esposa kiso hospedarse en el hotel druri inn & suites todo bien salvo cuando bajamos almorzar habían cucarachas en el área del restaurant muy mal eso hay ke fumigar le dije al encargado y resolvió el problema x eso doy 3 estrellas de ahí en fuera todo bien pero recomiendo mas el otro hotel adjunto el drury inn saludos �
Staff was very friendly , we arrived late at night but without any hastle went straight to our room . The beds we comftorable but pillows were too big and uncomfortable. Overall I would stay again because I love the kickbacks of breakfast and dinner a plus.
Loved it, would definitely go back! � Room was clean and organized, staff was friendly and professional. Amazing view from the 22nd floor, kickback a little over crowded but oh well free drinks! Missed breakfast, but still slept in good. :) The point is hotel was worth the pay & i would definitely recommend to anyone. We are already planning our next visit!
It was very clean, and everyone was nice and friendly. The only thing my grandson would have love a heated pool.. �
