Great staff, food and drinks are free and very good. Building is old but nice.

An accommodating, friendly staff. I had trouble with neon, city lights coming in my window at night (poor sleeper). I made a simple request and by the end of the day, there were blackout shades and a third curtain to ensure a dark sleep environment. The rooms are well appointed and the halls smell pleasant. The thermostat in the room keeps a consistent temperature. My oversized shower head kept good pressure. My husband and I had a wonderful time for our 25th anniversary. The staff was friendly. The room was nice with a great view of the Riverwalk. Thank you for a memorable experience.
It was amazing. ..our room was bigger than we expected and the bathtub was AWESOME for me, but to have a separate shower as well...excellent!!! The food and drinks were like icing on the cake...couldn't find anything negative to talk about. Pleasant staff and very accommodating to our needs.
We LOVED everything and everyone at the Drury Plaza on the Riverwalk. Our stay was fantastic from before checkin to after check out. Could not have asked for a better facility or staff. We WILL be back again.
This place was an amazing hotel. The front desk clerk Art was so super nice to all of us. We had 8 women o a ladies trip and he accommodated us through and through! Fantastic hotel and great views of the river walk!
Great spacious rooms! Loved the views.. great kickback hour and breakfast!
