This hotel is awesome. We have been coming to the Alamo Bowl game for the past 20 years and have stayed at all the major hotels on the Riverwalk. The Drury Plaza ranks as the family favorite. Staff is great, the perks, such as the free breakfast, happy hour with great food and drink. You can't beat it, it's great. The rooms are always very clean.
Beautiful building, nice room, great breakfast and nice evening with food and cocktails gratis. Right on the River Walk and a block from the Plaza.
I wish we could have spent a week there. Friendly and helpful staff complement the spacious and tidy rooms. Our kids loved the rooftop pool while we relaxed in the spa, enjoying the magnificent view. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
This place is fabulous and great price. The people there are so very gracious!
We stayed over christmas this year, my first time at this hotel. When we arrived, the A/C was broken, so they took $50 off each room we booked. It was restored to normal that night, but my room was 80 degrees until then. A phone call ahead of time would have been nice. The location is great, very clean, and the food is good. We asked for a balcony with a view of the riverwalk when we booked, but on arrival they said they didn't have our request. Great room and veiw .. free dinner and drinks ❤❤❤ hate tons of kids drinking at hot tub . Couldn't get in to enjoy .
We have stayed at the Riverwalk for several years during Christmas holidays overlooking San Fernando Cathedral and the beautifully decorated Riverwalk, never an unpleaseant experience. We also stay at the airport Drury in San Antonio the night before we fly out whenever we travel. They will keep our car in the covered and patrolled parking garage for free while we are gone (last week we returned from our month long honeymoon and didnt have to worry about our car and didnt cost a penny more). We have stayed here many times and it just gets better. The staff is very friendly and professional. The terraces provide breathtaking views and relaxing atmosphere. Thumbs up to another great visit to San Antonio!
We have been staying here for the past 4 years. We come at Christmas time, the view downtown from any room is just beautiful. We come stay for birthdays, anniversaries, any time that we come to San Antonio. The staff is beyond amazing and the Kickback hour is a plus. As long as we can, we will always stay here. �
