What a great place to stay for the New Years...What a historic location with lots to see... Valet was on top... Staff of hotel was friendly & welcome... We had a minor situation with heater but was fixed & also was made up with a courtesy...Thank you Drury & Staff

We will definitely be back! There was a small issue in the floor in our room that we made them aware of so they wouldn’t think we did it, and they refunded us our complete cost. We were impressed. That is definitely how you run a business if you want people to keep coming back. Also, it was very clean and all the staff were all so friendly!
Our last day here was when the room issues arose. House keeping claimed they didn't come in and clean yet it was obvious that someone had came into our room while we were gone. The floor was semi vacuumed and our bag of trash we had hanging on the door was gone. Yet no new towels no trash cans taken out, still a mess on the floor around certain areas. Very good location with river walk access, clean, valet parking very friendly, great staff, complementary breakfast and large snack at night! From baked potatoes, salad bar, hot dogs, nachos, tacos, adult beverages and kid friendly drinks! Also popcorn. Pretty neat history on the building to.
