It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend it to anyone.
Michelle Hernandez the manager is extraordinary. She greeted our family on day one and day two continued our previous conversation. Remembering we had asked about ice cream. Michelle explained all about the two towers and we experienced both. We have enjoyed our stay here and hope to stay in the future.
Wonderful stay at the Drury Plaza The staff was so nice the views were breathtaking great history in the beautiful building

The staff here are very nice. The rooms are marginal, they have lots of room for improvement. In the living area is a kitchenette. The cupboards are coming off their hinges. They should be removed, it would be more practical and would look nicer. Some of the guest were slobs. People really don't have to act like pigs. Very sad how people have no manners or control of their children. The rooms are clean. I called and asked for cups, they forgot to give us some after they cleaned the room. Another great stay at a Drury Hotel. It may not be the closest hotel to where our event is but if there’s a Drury nearby it’s always my first choice.
I always had to wait a entirely too long for the elevators. It should be take 20 minutes EVERY TIME. Not to mention the valet service being extremely unorganized. Between the elevators and valet it took 30-40 minutes to leave the hotel.
