We got in to the hotel at about midnight after a day of traveling only to find that the computer program was going through "unscheduled maintenance." I'm currently sitting in the hotel lobby at 1:30 in the morning, after an hour of waiting and only one of the managers has finally called back and acknowledged that there was an issue. I, and everyone in my group, has to be up in just a few hours, but we have no ETA on getting checked in. We're furious to say the least, and we aren't even the only ones waiting to be checked in.
The hotel is beautiful, the entire staff very friendly and helpful. The location perfect. The breakfast and dinner very good, excellent because it’s free😀
We love it here!!! We always get awesome service and it’s just a beautiful place to stay.
This is a beautiful hotel located in the historic Alamo Bank Building right off the Riverwalk. The staff go above and beyond. Everyone is friendly and very attentive to our needs. Extra perks include food and drinks every night in addition to the breakfast buffet.
Excellent food and service.
