I want to live here! Wonderful staff, amazing views, clean rooms. Breakfast and dinner with cocktails included are a bonus! Very pet friendly. I'm on the #druryhotels bandwagon.
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. All of the staff are so incredibly nice. The assistant general manger, Victoria Venskus was amazingly helpful and nice in helping us switch to another room, so that our young daughter would not be so close the noise of the elevator. Great room. The staff even found an eye glass kit for my hubby.
Hotel was great & has a good military rate. We enjoyed our stay. We did have to ask for a crib three times before getting it several hours later & then had to ask for sheets twice before getting those. I will say though, they went to their property across the street to get the crib for us because they had ran out since telling my husband that they had them available before we checked in, which was nice! All in all it was good and we would stay again. Breakfast was really good!
We had a great time here. We stayed in a suite with a terrace and it was really nice. Great location right on Riverwalk & close to restaurants. Very friendly & helpful staff. The breakfast & kickback was good too! Hope to visit San Antonio again and will stay here again.
They always treat us well. The staff is great and our valet are quick and also nice. Breakfast is really good and happy hour is great!
This hotel is gorgeous!!! Its like going back in time to when everything was done w craftsmanship and just beauty. The elevators, the staircases, the lobby! It is all so beautiful. The happy hour had quality alcohol selection, the food was yummy. The breakfast selection was pretty much everything in the 'Breakfast' food category. What better way to welcome us and our fur baby than by giving him a doggie bag full of canine goodies upon check in! The staff was SUPER friendly to us and our cocker spaniel and encouraged us not to hesitate to contact them with any questions about the hotel or things to do in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location of the hotel was very convenient for walking to area attractions. I highly recommend Drury Plaza Riverwalk to anyone visiting the area.
