We had a great time! Clean! The room we had on the 19th floor was very nice.. I would highly recommend the breakfast, huge variety to choose from. If I had one compliant it would be not having a comforter on the bed it was just a heavy sheet.
The wait to check in took a little bit. But. This hotel was the best experience I've had at a hotel for quite a while. I've stayed at the W, Hyatt, all the high end hotels and this by far blew them away in hospitality. Breakfast was free and to top it off so was the dinner plus we got three free drinks each! Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, and the hotel was right on the River Walk. Parking does cost $17 a day but you can't find anything cheaper to park over night. Perfect spot on the River Walk.
I would definitely stay here again ❤️ The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, the rooms where spacious and the bonus of it all was it's right off the river walk
My second time to stay there. I can't say enough. Beautiful hotel. The kick off is great and the breakfast buffet is so delicious. I can't wait to go back in November
This hotel is AMAZING. 2 pools, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. Breakfast is plentiful and more like a buffet. The 530 kickback is enough food that you don't have to buy dinner. Our night there they served salad, tacos, nachos, hot dogs, chili and baked potatoes. They even serve popcorn and sodas most of the day. Adults 21 and up also get 3 free alcoholic beverages for each night they stay. They have a 24 hr guest pantry and the prices aren't outrageous. This hotel literally takes care of EVERYTHING. Best hotel I've stayed at. Clean. Free breakfast, and evening food. 3 complimentary drinks per day. 2 pools, 3 Hot tubs!!! Top deck pool gets full sun all day. Plenty of towels. Valet parking was efficient although pricey, but free food made up for it. There is a convienance store and the Esquire bar directly across the street. River walk access. All around great at every level. Staff professional and courteous! Drury rocks!
Only issue for me was long wait just get on elevator. Having to take two elevators just to get to and from our room.
Loved it... Booked for our anniversary and husbands birthday. Surprised wen We were given a complementary bottle of wine and a small bag of snacks. Treated us wonderful. Had an awesome view of the cathedral and thoroughly enjoyed our balcony. Room was perfect definely b back!
Great hotel! Awesome breakfast and kickback (dinner and drinks) all included in the price of the room. Only drawback was the parking fee - $23 per night.
