While the staff in guest services attempted to deal with the barking, whining dog next door to our room, they were unable to appease me or the poor dog! Finally after I reported the dog again with in the same hour, the hotel staff said they were attempting to reach the owners of the dog to no avail and were willing to comp our night.

Great staff and ammenities. Very clean. Comfy beds. I have stayed here for 3 weeks in the last two years and have enjoyed it each time. Very convenient location, as well, with direct access to the riverwalk level and street level to walk to all the downtown sights. I think this may be the only hotel with a direct view to the laser show that displays several nights a week on the San Fernando Cathedral.

RecommendedWe honestly just booked this hotel because of the location and proximity to the ballpark but when we checked in we were pleasantly surprised by the extras this hotel had to offer...the 530 kickback was great, good food and 3 free drinks per person was just icing on the cake, the room was big and really clean...very impressive stay for the price and we will be back!!
