We stayed 2 days. Staff was always helpful. Hotel was beautiful. Even busy it wasnt uncomfortable. Had breakfast and dinner available. The valet was awesome, as we, of course left something in the car and then realized after it was parked. They went and retrieved it for us. Roof top pool was awesome. River walk was easily accessible. Elevator down and out the doors right onto river walk. Will book a stay again.
Excellent place.. self park car garage at the hotel. Extra daily fee for parking but worth it. On riverwalk.
Very very clean. All the ledges, tops of doors, books and crannies all very clean. Very friendly helpful staff. Beds and pillows comfy. Quiet just an amazing place
Great bang for your buck. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond, calling to check if our room was suitable. Free breakfast was nice. If I didn't have such bad vertigo I'm sure I would have loved the rooftop pool.
Absolutely fantastic hotel. Great staff amazing rooms and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Highly recommended. The one knock against this place is that the coffee they serve here is terrible to call it swill would be a generous compliment. But hey there is a 7/11 three short blocks away and coffee is cheap.
Had a great little stay at the Drury Plaza! Love the little perks--the happy hour and the breakfast--even a complimentary bottle of wine for us for our anniversary. Enjoyed our stay, for sure. Really liked being able to see the light show at the San Fernando from the Terrace.
The staff was very friendly and acted as though they really enjoyed doing their jobs. The only thing I'd like to see change is for the Happy Hour/Dinner to stay open a little longer on evenings when there are a lot of guess staying. We stood in line longer than it took to enjoy our food and drinks. Our room was great and breakfast was really good!
Definitely recommend staying here!! Very friendly staff and the kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools!
