Room was very small, my bed mattress wasn't good, I'd fall to middle of it. No room service, no safes in room either. I have to say breakfast and staff was very friendly
My family stayed here 2 years ago...and we are still talking about how wonderful this Hotel is in San Antonio. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was fantastic, the snap back in the afternoon was great. My kids loved the pool outside on the 20...something floor. We will have to go back to this hotel again.....San Antonio was great but this Hotel made for a very memorable trip for me and my family.
Everyone was happy, helpful, and professional! Right on the river walk and easy access to it.

Had a great stay. We called on short notice and they had a room available...it had a great view.
Staff was real friendly. Room was clean, bed was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was very satisfying. Will definitely be back.
I have gotten to all the others Drury Hotels in San Antonio & Austin But This Drury Inn By the Riverwalk, was the worst when i got there at 2:20 my room was not ready then at 3:00 oclock went back my room was still not ready, then later that day i receive a call from the front desk telling me to move my car cause i was park double, i know i was park right i went & check & sure enough i was park right i even took pictures, & i went to front desk to tell the lady thay i was park right & she gave me attitude some young lady wit... read more
Andrew, the restaurant manager, made sure to read all of the labels in the kitchen to make sure our peanut allergy child was safe eating from the buffet. He even typed up a list of breakfast foods that were safe. Thank you, Andrew! For understanding and going the extra mile for our child!!
This place is amazing. May not have the best views of the Riverwalk, but it is right there. The staff is amazing, the food is amazing and best of all, they have 24/7 coffee in the lobby. Will definitely book again!
