We visit McAllen every year and this year we had to come twice. Nina at the front desk is amazing every single time! She provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond for us after finding out we traveled all night and were extremely exhausted. The food is also great and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Very pretty hotel with very nice amenities. However, the staff could use some brushing up on customer service. Most of the staff members are generally unpleasant to talk to. Also, check out is 11 am and housekeeping was banging on our door at 830 am and again at 900 am. Then, someone called our phone around 930 am. If check out is 11 am, then maybe leave your guests alone until then.

Very pleasant staff, room was spacious and clean. Eating arrangements were impressive, the food was hot, fresh, and tasted very good. The complimentary drinks a plus to the stay. Access to the riverwalk was a nice plus. I will stay here again.
Absolutely beautiful hotel and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Awesome breakfast buffet and very convenient to everything.
This is a beautiful hotel! Rooms are clean and spacious and have everything you need. Breakfast is delicious and so is the 5:30 kickback food. It pretty much was dinner. The hotel also has great access to all of the main tourist stops. We will stay again!!!!
This vacation was the first time we've used Drury Inn & Suites we stayed at the one by the stadium in Kansas City Mo.& now staying at one in Springfield Mo. The saff in Springfield were very friendly & accommodating, the room was clean, comfy bed with a lot of pillows. The price was reasonable especially since a hot breakfast & a kickback dinner was included. When traveling we will use Drury Inn & Suites as often as we can.
