Iin town on a business trip and I couldn't be more pleased with this Hotel. Everything is spectacular! The suites are like an apartment! . II highly recommend Drury Suites.
Great place to stay for a quick little getaway. I will say that breakfast was a little unorganized and they ran out of dishes quickly! Secondly, for having 23 floors and only 5 elevators made for a long trip trying to get anywhere. Make sure you grab a map from the front because the lady gave me the wrong directions and I wound up walking an extra 30-35 minutes to my destination. The fridge in room 718 also wasn't working. We stayed at the Drury Plaza because we wanted to stay near the riverwalk. The room was clean and service was fast and excellent. Everyone so polite. Breakfast was hot and had a great variety. I highly recommend this hotel. Can't wait to book again in October.

We've stayed a total of three times. The staff is great, rooms always clean, clean pool, good meals. My only complaint is the SLOWEST ELEVATOR in Springfield!! I don't mind the stairs but gets a little old when it's a two nights stay on the fourth floor.
It's good! Nearby river walk, they serve breakfast buffet.
