Excellent and detailed care and assessment of needs. Responsive when issues arose, which they rarely did. Has good relationships with hearing aid suppliers and hence the flexibility to offer trial periods etc.

I was referred to Scott Drummond for hearing aids. Scott Drummond took enormous time and care to select the correct aids and detailed exactly how they worked. My hearing was substantially improved. After getting the aids Scott saw me every six months and serviced the aids at no extra cost. I could not be more pleased and would absolutely recommend him.
