Never ever visit this pathetic lab. Irresponsible staff with a bunch of fools don't even know when the test reports are ready. Here one MRI report takes 3 hr to ready. Visit other labs for MRI. Reports will be ready in less than an hour.

Terrible experience at this MRI centre. Waited long, and when my dad was taken in, they scolded him for his leg shaking. No empathy no alternative solution.

I had an appointment today at Shaji's MRI Scan. While I cannot comment on the technical quality of the scan itself, the experience with the reception staff was extremely poor and overshadowed the visit. The reception area was staffed by individuals who were visibly distracted. They were observed wearing headphones and actively watching content on their mobile phones, showing a clear lack of attention to the waiting patients. I visited the hospital(Kozhikode, Puthiyara location ) to take a USG Neck scan for my mother, which cost Rs. 1250. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Jerish Joseph. The doctor repeatedly asked for a previous USG report, but we clearly informed him that this was my mother’s first scan, as mentioned in the hospital prescription itself.
