The receptionist woman was too busy admiring her apple watch to pay attention to the fact I was there for an appointment the nice younger gentleman there was nice and assisted me but seriously receptionists are meant to be one of the faces to represent care and attentiveness in her role and she lacks it. Since calls are majority online forms now you really only had 1 job
Well a have just joined and so far being very helpful and friendly receptions Claire and Ruth think that's the other girls name have being very good lovely reception staff 🥰🥰
The docs are awesome if u get to see any bit the receptionists are another matter all together. Especially 2 of the older women attitudes and tone is ridiculous
The receptionist hang up the call before i finish. She wasn’t listening to what i am saying.!!!!!!
