Was waiting 2 weeks for a appointment as my condition was getting worse and when I finally saw a doctor they tried to hurry me out as quick as possible without any actual help on there part said they would call me back to which they didn't and now i have to wait an additional 11 days to see someone else with out pain med or antibiotics while my infection gets worse
Great doctors and the best reception staff you can ask for really helpful and very friendly
Tried to phone for advanced appointment can't get one I have to phone on the day at a certain time to get appointment for that day this is not convenient for myself as I'm not allowed my phone during working hours.also staff don't give a dam .its all about covid well there is other illnesses other than covid .the practice manager has no interested in the patients health (ok when I'm angry I speak really loud but all you getout of them don't shout.
