Tricky enough to get an appointment but then that's the same wherever you go. As far as NHS GP Surgerys goes I would say it's one of the better ones with good staff.
Why have things got so bad why is it so difficult to get a face to face appointment? I have tried to get a Dr.s appointment for the past year and I still can't get one.The system is broken, what do we do 🤔 just stay in pain and stay sick because nothing can be done about it.
This is by far got to be the worst Gp surgery in the uk and Ireland. You call at 9am when lines are open you get told you are number 50 in the queue, you wait your turn for about an hour and either you get cut off or are told by some snotty nosed receptionist you have to call back tomorrow as all appointments are gone. No apology nothing, you don’t even get asked what’s wrong. Shocking diabolical service. Great Doctors and staff ,always a wait on phone but get threw and get a appointment same day or first thing next day.
