Awful experience with a member of their team requested a survey for a property. They could not comprehend the difference between a specific structural report and a general structural report. We explained to the gentleman the difference between the two reports. We submitted the report which seems to be adequate for their lenders nevertheless they requested extra work without willing to pay for it.
