I recently called to reschedule an appointment as I was unfortunately unable to make it. Instead of receiving understanding or assistance, I was met with a very dismissive and unprofessional response from the receptionist. She stated, “That’s what you said last time,” and went on to say I couldn’t keep doing this because there is a waitlist. The receptionist was great and got me into a appointment right away and was very helpful.Dr Minz is a great ENT and was very helpful into getting me back onto my road to recovery.

I had a great experience at Dr. Lorna Minz’s office. My child came in for a routine procedure that was a bit painful, but Dr. Minz handled it with such care and empathy. She’s very direct, hands-on, and incredibly supportive. Even though the procedure was uncomfortable, everything was managed with professionalism and compassion from start to finish. I really appreciate the quality of medical care and the excellent customer service in this office. I don’t think I’d ever want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
