I’ve bought many used cars in my time from various garages and DRJ car sales is up there with one of the best! Completed the sale with Rhydian who gave me a good price on my part ex, very straightforward.The car came with a fresh service ,advisory free MOT and was clean inside and out.The car did develop an issue, spoke with Iwan and the fault was quickly identified and a new part replaced, a courtesy car was provided whilst the work was carried out.I can’t fault the level of customer service.Highly recommend 👍
Very happy with my experience of my buying my Ford Kuga from the boys at DRJ Car Sales. The whole process was efficient and all the staff were friendly and approachable. The Ford Kuga had an issue with one of the tyre pressure sensors which turned out to be a cracked sensor. I let the boys know and I got the car into them very quickly, I was even offered a courtesy car whilst the car was being repaired. Thank you very much!
Although we didn't buy a car from them, we had a very positive and friendly experience with DRJ, having gone for a test drive with Iwan (I think!) who was extremely helpful and patient. Will go back in future and would highly recommend them 👍🏻
