Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, my experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. The communication was poor, the process was unnecessarily complicated, and I found the handling of our deposit particularly frustrating. I would especially mention Denise, who gave us clear reassurance in writing that the full deposit would be returned to us, only for the final payment to be handled differently.
