James was really nice but their car was overpriced. He said the car was worth more and they were losing money at the price they were selling at. I sent him links to other cars showing that his price was high and it isn't my fault they paid too much for it. I didn't hear from him after that
My experience at Driven Auto of Oak Forest was a very pleasant one! I knew already the car that I wanted after doing research on CarGurus. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The vehicle is beautiful and very well maintained and looks like new I got a great price with under 20,000 mile on this car and the safety features are perfect for my needs. This car is exactly what I wanted.

Driven Auto provided great communication, both the salesperson and sales manager contacted me The salesperson contacted me daily until I chose not to take the vehicle. The vehicle was in perfect condition with low mileage and a great price. The interior color and lack of a 3rd row of seating were deciding factors plus it had a lemon designation that they were completely up front about. I did not visit the dealership, but based upon my experience, I would definitely recommend them.

I was VERY disappointed in this dealer because there were a bunch of hidden fees that were added to the final price. The price of the car was over $650.00 higher than the price advertised on car guru. After a hard pull on my credit and my deposit was given, I was not given physical paperwork of which I had to ask for a print out of what was signed. This is where I saw the discrepancies.
