horrible. we sent a certificate saying we would buy the car. Called twice to confirm that the car would be there. Drove from an hour away only to find out they sold the car. Tried to sell me a car with higher mileage and more money. Not at all apologetic.

When you reached out to us the prior day the vehicle was in fact still available. The vehicle just sold the night before and was removed from our inventory immediately. We do ask that customers call before making the drive to see a vehicle as it is first come first serve and in your case the car did in fact sell. Best of luck to you in your search for a Bolt!

This Dealer was responsive, but not overpowering, the vehicle just wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Nice job guys.
James was really nice but their car was overpriced. He said the car was worth more and they were losing money at the price they were selling at. I sent him links to other cars showing that his price was high and it isn't my fault they paid too much for it. I didn't hear from him after that
My experience at Driven Auto of Oak Forest was a very pleasant one! I knew already the car that I wanted after doing research on CarGurus. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The vehicle is beautiful and very well maintained and looks like new I got a great price with under 20,000 mile on this car and the safety features are perfect for my needs. This car is exactly what I wanted.
