Quick response easy to work with, got the car in about 5 days after purchase for shipping
I was very skeptical about purchasing a vehicle sight unseen. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews. Leon went above and beyond to address all of my concerns and emailed several videos inside and out of the vehicle. Jim handled the paperwork and answered all of my questions and the transaction went smoothly. The best part, the vehicle was delivered to my driveway the next day. I couldn't be happier with my new 2024 Genesis GV80. Thanks guys for your professionalism!
$2000 of fees no wonder the price was good. That was before all the fees they add on to the price It was the classic bait and switch The car price is a great deal but then when you have them drawn up, they had $2000 of fees which then makes the car not that great of a deal because $2000 of dealer fees on top of it that are non-negotiable and act like they were fees that they had no control over so that made the vehicle not a good deal after listing the price at a deal that was good, but then once you talk to them and they ... read more

Attempted to purchase vehicle and while working to obtain financing dealership sold vehicle to another customer without reaching out to see if I was still interested or working toward purchase

Good communication
Dealer responded quickly but I decided to buy a different wagon that became available closer to home.
Fairly quick response to information I requested and followup later by the sales manager. In the end they are pretty inflexible in pricing and $995 "Dealer" fee makes it difficult to get to a reasonable price. TLDR: Quick response to question, pricing and hidden fees make deal difficult
