Dealer responded quickly but I decided to buy a different wagon that became available closer to home.
Fairly quick response to information I requested and followup later by the sales manager. In the end they are pretty inflexible in pricing and $995 "Dealer" fee makes it difficult to get to a reasonable price. TLDR: Quick response to question, pricing and hidden fees make deal difficult

Extremely poor communication with customers. The have a vehicle I’m extremely interested in and I’ve made multiple calls to get them to send me photos of the undercarriage and interior motor etc.with multiple conversations being held between myself and sales people. Still 8 days later no call back and no photos. I’ve sold cars for over 25 years. I’d be suspended or fired if I didn’t respond to customers desire as something as simple as photos especially when it’s been expressed that I’m a serious buyer. But out of state. Won... read more

I was looking for a 2022 Navigator and Driven Auto had the only one in a 300 mile radius for a competitive price. The pictures of the vehicle were excellent, so I requested more info and their salesman Basil got back with me. He was extremely helpful and I scheduled a trip to the dealership.
