I attempted to trade in my GLB 250 Mercedes ( in great condition ) for the GLC300 Coupe that’s been sitting at this dealership for over a year. The vehicle was filthy, the storage compartment had something that looked unappealing wasted inside. The driver windshield wiper was missing. The vehicle was damaged in the front and when the truck was turned on the service lights were showing the vehicle needed service ( a battery, tune up, fluids etc ). This particular vehicle sold several months ago so you may have come in prior to those items being taken care of. Very poor customer service, They often raise the asking price of a vehicle I requested to buy with all cash. To line the dealers profit margin and short change the customer. Over charging from the asking price, to shipping, even so low to say no military discount, but thanks for service. All around piss poor service!

Hi Alan, our sale price is the same whether you pay cash or finance. Only difference is when you finance we are obligated to collect your sales tax, title, registration, etc. fees for your specific state. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Hi Alexis, there was nothing to pass off. A minor issue was found and we instantly committed to having the issue resolved. We have been in business since 2007 and our integrity and reputation has gotten us this far. We stand behind our vehicles. If issues arise as they sometimes do with used vehicle, we make sure they're resolved.

We are located out of state and they were initially very helpful and we were moving forward with trading in our vehicle and finalizing purchasing details. But they ended up selling to someone else and claimed first come, first serve. We had every intent on purchasing the vehicle and spent hours of prepping our trade in. It would have been nice for them to at least call and say someone else is interested in the vehicle and that we would need to make a down payment to secure the purchase. After taking vehicle on a test drive, the check engine light came on. Running away from that one fast!

Sorry that happened, these are used cars and we try to make them as perfect as possible but these things a bound to happen unfortunately. We were very transparent with you regarding the vehicle and even invited you into our service department to check the vehicle out yourself to see that the code was a minor one. You claimed to be in the auto mechanic business but you couldn't properly work our scanner so you just decided to leave.
