The situation was I live a few hours away from the dealership but was very interested in a vehicle. I contacted the dealership asking for additional pictures and details. I had a very good feel for both Tazz and the sales manager - unusual for car salesmen. I really liked the vehicle but was about $1000 away for making the deal work because of the high mileage. I wish I could have made it work. I think I would have liked working with them.
Responsive and polite but the price of the car and ( pure profit) fees were laughable to the point of insulting. I was serious about the car but who pays almost $5k over a sensible price?
horrible. we sent a certificate saying we would buy the car. Called twice to confirm that the car would be there. Drove from an hour away only to find out they sold the car. Tried to sell me a car with higher mileage and more money. Not at all apologetic.

Hi Gretchen, sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your experience. We unfortunately do not have online reservations or holds that can be placed on vehicles. When you reached out to us the prior day the vehicle was in fact still available. The vehicle just sold the night before and was removed from our inventory immediately. We do ask that customers call before making the drive to see a vehicle as it is first come first serve and in your case the car did in fact sell. Best of luck to you in your search for a Bolt!
