Suzanne was friendly, professional and took all of our requirements in to account. All in all; a very positive e perience.
Very poor customer service. Car was taken in for minor fixes on a car bought 2 months prior from them but ended up being in for a week. I had to travel 20 miles to the garage twice to get an update because no body answered my phone calls or returned my calls.

Everything was ok until the tyre pressure monitor came on. As requested dropped it into the garage as agreed, only to receive a call at 4 o'clock to be advised they hadn't had time to look at it. 3 phone calls in still no response. Disappointing.
I purchased a used car from this dealership this weekend and had a perfect experience from start to finish. Saj Patel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the tech on the car and made the buying experience an extremely good one. A+++ service all round.
