Good service no problem
After sales care does not live up to expectation and charged for products that were covered by warranty, no will to go the extra mile for the customer.
Mot done but recall update was not
Wrote the wrong mileage for my car on the service paperwork. Added 20,000 more miles than my car had actually done so make sure to check all paperwork thoroughly. Enquired about a noise my car was making before and post service but had to chase for an email reply then eventually had to ring up to get answers.
