We were sad that they were fully booked and so could not rent from them. However, Robert responded to my request immediately and suggested alternatives and didn't waste my time. If this is how they treat non-renters, I'm betting that they provide excellent service to those who do rent vehicles from them. I'll try again next time.

Rented a car in Feb. '25. Robert and the team were really helpful and went the extra mile. Car was great. Service was great. They allow the car off the islands (for a small surcharge) - which was ideal for us. We picked up from their office, but dropped off at the airport. All went very smoothly.
