I went here as a gift from my kids for my 40th birthday, at first I was a bit nervous about the whole situation as it was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Lee sat with me and went over everything and answered all my questions and then showed me the pod and explained in detail about how the equipment and treatment works. I only had a 60 minute session but it was fantastic for me! I loved my first time here last month, and I'm about to set off for my second float experience later today. So relaxing, great for aching muscles and a perfect place for introspection or just clearing your mind. Definitely recommend!
Wonderful experience with the staff. The receptionist was really informative, patient and reassuring when I had questions. The experience of the floatation tank was relaxing. The room was clean but I couldn't find a bin when required and I didn't realise bringing flip flops would be so handy. Apart from this, it was a lovely and relaxing experience.
