Absolutely terrible
I have had a lovely Dreamworks Malvern Ottoman Divan for 7 years. Recently needed to change the pistons and found a problem with one of the brackets. My local bed shop claim to have been trying to get me a new bracket from Gallery Today I thought enough is enough…… I called the actual Dreamworks factory at Westbury, spoke with Paul, he sorted my problem in a 5 minute phone call. That’s what I call Excellent Customer Service. Thankyou Paul
