Great Hotel - but super noisy during the night. Could not sleep until 4 AM.
Perfect location, very friendly staff which made up quickly any imperfections. Thank you for moving us to the quiet room - it was perfect!
I had a reservation last Thursday during the Nor’easter. I was coming down from Maine for business. I called Tuesday two days prior to my stay to cancel my reservation. I apparently had a non-refundable reservation. I asked if they could make an exception since traveling was dangerous and my business was cancelled due to the storm. I said even a credit would be great. I received an email response that the manager reviewed and denied my request. I’ve stayed there a few times in the past as have my employees. Never again.
I'd give it a 12 out of 20 for the $20 drink! The space was very cool.
