Do not stay here! Experienced terrible customer service, rude and I accommodating staff (including managers), and a lack of professionalism. Utterly embarrassing! Way better hotels in NY
Was expecting a “luxury” hotel and instead I stayed at basic hotel. Nothing luxurious about this hotel. The bathroom design was nice to say the least. The lobby was hyped up all over the internet during this time for the rose garden wall which was really pretty but other than that, this hotel was not worth the amount of money I spent to stay here for two nights. Front deck staff was very nice and so was security staff.

Amazing hotel and staff. Location was great! Stayed for Xmas eve and day and had a great experience. The pool is cool. The rooms are different and very nice. Bathrooms are huge and very modern. Will definitely stay again.
We had both families come together for the first time since my daughter’s engagement and it was absolutely wonderful! Merry Christmas 2019 in Manhattan was fabulous! Thank you so much Dream Hotel! Can’t wait to come back!
Not a place to stay if you intend to sleep at night.. we had to move rooms in the early hours of the morning as there is a night club on the top floor and thumping music going until 5am !! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and can’t wait to get out of here .. very disappointing and overpriced 🤬🤬
